I have been an Occupational Therapist for over 13 years dedicating my career to helping adults enhance their functionality and overall well-being. My journey into specializing in women’s health began when I became a mother. This experience sparked a profound shift in my professional focus; it showed me how women benefit from specialized training in their fitness journey. I saw first hand how my body changed during pregnancy and postpartum and how I benefited greatly from training that adapted to those changes. This led me to dig deeper into how all women benefit from training catered to their specific needs.
